Pre-Orders
If you're concerned about potentially missing a new unreleased collectable, our pre-order process helps consumers to avoid missing out. When possible, we will send out pre-order arrival notifications. This will allow you to review your selected payment method, shipping address, and shipping method before your order is processed. If there are any changes, please notify us through email quickly so we can update said changes.
Deposit Preorder
Pay the deposit first to preorder. When the product are ready to ship, we will send an email notification with a new link to request the 2nd payment. Please make sure our email service@fancytoystore.com is not filtered or blocked.
Please always use the same account you paid for the deposit to pay the 2nd payment.
If you need more time to make the 2nd payment, please contact us before the deadline expires. We will assist you in extending the deadline based on the availability of the products.
Full-Payment Preorder
Pay the full amount upfront and we will ship products when items are ready.
Stock Order
Items ships out in 1-3 business days for stock items. If you don't see a tracking number after 3 business days, please contact us ASAP.
All stock items can not be canceled or edited after the order has been placed.
If stock items and full-payment preorder items are combined in the same order, we reserve the right to decide whether to ship separately or together.
